The booking process will be considered completed upon receipt of the deposit.
Due to the Coronavirus emergency, all reservations refering to the period between 01/05/2020 and 04/07/2020 will be able to take advantage of a facilitated cancellation policy.
For proven reasons relating to the Coronavirus/ Covid-19 emergency (purely by way of example: mandatory quarantine at national or local level, mandatory personal quarantine etc.), the reservations in the above mentioned period may be cancelled up to 10 days before the arrival date, with refund of the deposit, net of bank charges.
Bookings prior to this change of the cancellation conditions will also enjoy this facilitated cancellation policy.

Except for the cases above, in the event of cancellation of the reservation in the two months prior to the arrival date, the downpayment might be retained by us.
In case of early departure and / or late arrival, the apartment bill will refer to the entire booked period.
To avoid the occurrence of unexpected expenses, related to any early departures, late arrivals or cancellation of the reservation, we recommend that you insure the deposit or the full cost of the trip at your trusted insurance company.
